How does multi-branch and subdomain tenancy work?
Every gym or sports club gets an isolated database workspace and instant SSL subdomain (e.g. yourgym.gym.walletmix.com). Pro & Enterprise plans also support custom domains (e.g. erp.yourgym.com.bd) and multi-branch consolidated P&L reporting.
Can we connect ZKTeco biometric turnstiles or RFID card readers?
Yes! Walletmix GYM ERP includes ready-to-use HMAC-authenticated hardware webhooks (/api/v1/webhooks) and QR scanners. If a member is expired, frozen, or has unpaid dues above your threshold, the gate automatically blocks entry and alerts Front Desk.
How do bKash, Nagad, and manual bank payments work?
Each tenant can configure their own bKash and Nagad merchant credentials in Settings (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), plus accept Cash or Manual Bank transfers with receipt uploads and daily shift-wise cash closing.
What happens if our SaaS subscription invoice is overdue?
We send automated reminders at 7, 3, and 1 days before due date. If unpaid after the due date, your account enters a 7-day Grace Period (full access), followed by Read-Only mode, and then Suspension. Your data is never deleted without explicit confirmation.
